Actually I agree, he should have been fined the value of the cars so they wouldn't have to make a claim.

Yep pretty much what I thought. Its the stupids like this that skew insurance companies statistics leading to them bumping the price up.
Perth is a place I would consider good with a low ratio of plonkers. However in the stats one major incident makes it look like a real bad
place.....
As for the girl she was keeping it in the family
