Some of Newcastle's less intelligent inhabitants. It makes you wonder where these dicks get their licenses from? I appreciate it's prolly
stolen, but it's broad daylight. It's only a shame I couldn't zoom in enough to read the plate.

if it was stolen then all that can be hoped is they tripped while getting out of it and broke thier necks on the way down

Even if it wasn't stolen someones parents would be pissed to see their car driven like that. DVLA give out registered keepers details for about
£4, but like I said, I didn't get the reg.
