No. Says its a Locost built from Ron Champions book.
Usually when something seems too cheap and there's "time wasters" mentioned then its usually an indication of something not quite
right or people have been to see it and walked away saying not as described etc.

Very cheap, I'd want to look at it but for that money, a new chassis isn't far off that price.

Yup... I'd say location is the problem!
That said, the drive to Inverness is quite pleasant!
