Grease types

I am currently dissasembling my CV joints and i want to ask what type of grease do you usually use. In my area graphite based grease is the "standard" but i as i have read over the net, lithium-moly grease is even better.
Here is a good link: http://www.tsmoly.com/faq_choose.php
What would you suggest?

I use the little grease packets that come with the CV boot kit as it is the right amount and the correct kind.

Would the lithium-Moly be the best for track rod ends/top and bottom ball joints as well?

as i will replace all the rubbers, as a couple are splitting
