Lightweight but not very good in an accident. oh wait a second, nor is glassfibre!!
He has got some skills but not much taste.

That might be very good in an accident up to about 30. I had a bike helmet made with foam.

isn't it a normal car underneath, but with essentially a foam body kit type thing stuck on?

A Merc I think. As above - some serious skill on display, but the end result looks fugly imho. Those rear wheels must be, what, 30"??!!
