Quick release nose?

Anyone got a quick release nose cone? Want to do that with mine, anyone got any pics??

Bonnet catches maybe?

There lies the problem.. theres nowt to weld too. Body is independent of the chassis....

ah, well, could little brackets be riveted to the body and sticking out forward to the inside of the nose?

Admitting it is the first step to recovery Coozer...! I promised myself that I would not use wood anywhere in my car, however much it felt like it might work!

So screw a bracket onto the wood (teehee, you got wood), and mount the Dzus or similar on that....?

Alex (Omega0684) has just done a quick release nose I think on his Dax Rush, maybe worth contacting him.

Exactly...! That was70+ years ago. Or shall we look at the Locust as a good example?! On my car, I felt carbon was more appropriate than wood, but I agree, wood has its place!
