New owner saying hello
Hi All,
Hope to meet a few of you guys out on track days over the summer, maybe even some sprints next year after I've got to grips with the car :-)
Just bought a finished car which was built back in 1993, called an Ellis Mk1, builders name was Mark Ellis. All a bit rough and ready but seems to
work really well indeed.
Currently running a red top engine with throttle bodies and that's about the extent of what I know so far starts runs, road legal sticks like
glue handles fab but seems to run out of puff in the gears before I think it should. Looking to find someone fairly local to Leicester, a good garage
or a local builder who would be able to assist? mainly setting up the carbs and checking the ignition.
A few pics
Paul

No sorry, I had the nose cone off yesterday aswel.. typical eh. Had to sort out the steering rack which was moving around due to rubber mountings not
holding it secure.
