That is a terrible chassis, and not a standard pheonix one. But at that price worth it for the bodywork and scrap value of the steel

It might be a standard Pheonix one (which might be different to a Phoenix  )
Not sure about the details, but someone got a big head start on building this.

It's got the same rockers as the early Striker; could be an early Phoenix or Striker Clubmans
