If you are unsure, then it may not be a Vulcan engine. Try Google images for clues. I would expect a Vulcan engine to have the distinctive Vulcan
rocker cover.
I bought my 1300, as a newly re-built engine off ebay, for the princely sum of £50, although the 750 racing boys may give you more.
Those gearboxes seem to go for about £50.
Prop value depends on which diff flange size.
HTH.

It's got Vulcan rocker posts that's all I can say it's revs high. The prop fits to a mk2 escort diff.

A rocker cover with Vulcan on means nothing, other than it looks nice, branded rocker covers are a great cheap tuning upgrade.(joke)
Steel rocker posts are nice to have and could indicate someone has spent money elsewhere on the engine
I once had a seller tell me he could tell his tuned crossflow engine had been recently rebuilt as it was newly painted.
I didnt buy it

That lot probably weighs in at (at least) 200Kg?
At ca. £140/Ton, that puts it all at (at least) £28.
