Standard / ETB Water Oil Sender resistance?

Does anyone know what the usual (ideally ETB's) resistance characteristics are for oil/water senders?

measuring the sanders that I have for my Smiths stuff.They Start @ 3k and go to about 30ohms.

Not sure if that will help
