ARRRGGG Help please-Starter/alternator/Battery

Hi Guys,

Hopefully someone understands what I am trying to say and the diagram explains better what I am trying to do.
I have managed to get myself really confused with the wiring of my kit and could really do with some help before I end up chopping something out I shouldn’t.

I have a Premier wiring Loom but have got stuck with how to wire up the starter, alternator and ignition. Using the diagram shown below or (from the pdf in the link), could some please tell me which way I should connect this all up to the battery, alternator, starter loom and ignition cable. Although I am using the key to switch the ignition on I would also like to use a push button but not sure where to wire that in the cabling from the ignition switch.

Also what are the two yellow cables from the ignition plug for?

I will be wiring this up to the standard Ford/Zetec loom system too just in-case that needs to be considered?

Thanks for any help you can provide

In short you don't need the yellow wires. It is for the accessories, ie the car stereo and interior lights ect. When cranking the engine it cuts power to these to provide max juice to things like the ignition and the starter.

The oem Immobilizer does allow you to immobilize the starter motor so could be a consideration in your wiring if you want this feature ?

I have to nip into work for a couple of hours sunday, I am passing on the way home if your about ?
