Bike Injector Pump Flow Rate cf. Car

Has anyone out there measured the flow rate *under line pressure* of a typical bike pump? I'd really appreciate an idea of the difference to an old car pump. Some figures would already confirm what I expect I'm seeing, an inability for the car pump to fuel the BEC.

Car pump is a Fiesta (Mk4?) in tank thing, which I measure at 2.4 litres/min open pipe. When hooked up to the bike TB's and asked to flow at 3 Bar (42 lb) set by the TB regulator, I see 900 ml/min. I've found on a Ford forum that this is indeed identical to another's findings, along with his measurement of 1100 ml/min at the 2.7 Bar of the Ford regulator. So it all looks sensible.

Has anyone measured the 'at pressure' flow of a bike pump at 42 psi?

GSXR750-1000 manual states 2.4 litres/min on open pipe, but no figure for the 3 Bar load.

I'd appreciate some figures, simply to confirm what I already 'know' (or suspect), that the HAZ looking exhaust is a lean indicator with the Fiesta pump and the bike engine.
