What connector do I need for this sensor?

One of these?
Bog standard spade connector, just need to measure the width to choose the right one.

But the sensor doesn't have a male spade fitting to fit the yellow (or red, or blue) female connector, it is a button type fitting in this case.

Sorry, was I too quick? Can spade connectors work with these button types? I've always wanted to know how to connect to sensors with these
buttons.

Yep, what he said!! There are specific ones that have an extra spring to hold it tighter, like this;
But the few times I've seen those type of 'nail head' connectors they've just been used with standard blade connectors as OEM
fit.

A normal spade like the one pictured will be fine, no mods.
I have one slid thus on the engine oil tank on the F397. It sits on that vibey animal and provides a signal OK.

I used a normal spade connector too, worked fine.
