Can't go wrong with Chester sports cars kit. I had one on a stock silvertop 2.0l, bilt on, connect 5 wires, turn the key and off you go. Just need to make sure you get either a bike pump or the right regulator.

Hi
When i had my Tiger, Chester sports cars said they had the best results with zx6r. Dont have any reason to disbelieve them but i already had different bike carbs on ! They use to have a rolling road near them who was prepared to do bike carbs which is where they got the info from.

The typical solution seems to be able to use zx6 bike carbs due to the port sizing.
I did have an article about port sizing done by a kit car magazine, google should be able to find it and how to convert to bike carbs.

I ran zx7r carbs on a black top with megajolt. They ran fine after a few tweaks i would suggest go for a set with TPS rather than MAP based as that was the source of a few tuning issues with mine however i went that way as i had a used set of zx7r carbs laying about.

I also had a manifold made by DANST engineering, i believe they now even supply kits for the usual suspects such as Pinto/ Zetec/ C20xe etc
