I just got an off cut of Ali, googled a few images and cut one out with a jig saw.

Sump pan off, stick on top of the Ali plate and use as a template for the bolt holes an outside shape, then held over the bottom of the engine to work out where the holes were needed for the pickup etc.

Costs next to nowt apart from an hour of time I am Locost, if I cannot make something I buy it where possible as that is all part of the fun.

Better if you can find a stainless steel baffle as I have heard of bits of Al.Alloy ones breaking off due to vibration.
