English Diff wanted
Hi all
I'm after an English diff as I think mine in knackered.
Any ratios considered - what have you got hiding on those sheds?

Thanks Mash - I saw that last night, its an option if other avenues fail.
There is a 3.89 on ebay at the moment, so i'll keep an eye on that but they are a lot thinner on the ground than they used to be!

I agree, not only will another diff be of unknown condition, the flange might not be right one for your prop. Swapping the flange involves getting the
crush washer pre-load back to where it was.
I know I U2U'd you with possiblities, but if your diff is rebuildable then £250 for what is then a known quantity would seem to me a better bet.

Appreciate the input, but I'm ideally looking not ot miss much of summer. I'll probably have the current diff rebuilt if possible with an
LSD in due course, but for now i want to be back on the road to enjoy this lovely weather !

I have a complete axle, although I am a million miles away in Hereford.
Let me know if you are stuck, I can locate it and give you details.
