Black and white number plates
Not sure if many people are interested, but if your car is 40 years old and qualifies for historic taxation class, you can now display Black and white
number plates, and its rolling, same as the road tax exemption, so pre 78,next year pre 79 and so on, but your car must be "Historic" on
its V5c, see DVLA leaflet INF 104, its all in there.
So no longer just pre 73.

That's good to know 
They look good on the likes of the mk2 Escorts and Minis etc,but once passed 1980ish cars I think they look a bit odd tbh
