New Spring for jester kitcar
Just brought what was a road going jester 10 years ago turn's out the owner used it as a rally car by the state of underneath when it was last
drove
the spring it turns out have been cut down way to short so I am looking at changing them.
So was looking at doing the shocks as well as I have to take it all part to do the springs
the jester looks to have the standard oil/hydraulic shocks that are rusted up
I have seen some gas one's listed for sale that say they are an upgrade to the standard one's
Anybody input would be good
The car is a lot lighter than the doner car a Mk1 Fiesta

I've got a pair of front ones off a Mk2.
They're Spax gas adjustable, seem to be leak free and adjusters still work OK.
Only took them off as the car came with a brand new pair.
Also have a single rear one but the adjuster has sheared off.
