What to take to Test?
Have got the test booked in on Monday.
What do you recommend taking along?
Everything plus the kitchen sink!?!

Plenty tools - spanners, sockets etc, trim, tie wraps, spare fuel. My tester gave me 10 mins to tighten up rear upper shock bolts, which he spotted
I'd left hand tight. Build photos, reciepts, proof of engine age if required, fuel hose receipts if markings not visible.
Recommend using trailer to get your car there, just in case you break down on the way. Just one less thing to worry about.
Take some photos of the day, just to remind you in 10 yrs what it was like.
Why do they call Port Harcourt "The Garden City"?...... Becauase they can't spell Stramash.

Definitely tools and trim.
Build photos and parts receipts.
Open ears to hear what the tester says - I failed my first SVA, but the feedback from the tester was well received, carried out and got me a pass 2nd
time around.

Don't forget a wheelbrace or suitable sized socket - they may ask to take a wheel nut off to confirm length of thread engaged!
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

On one of the tests I attended the trim I used was deemed insecure, thin rubber U trim as it was loose, a squirt of clear Silicon sealer was
considered an adequate fix
