mk2 escort steering rack
has anyone got a mk2 escort steering rack which they want to sell me?
have tried the scrappies and they laughed at me!!! :
have seen a quickrack on ebay but its £125. that seems a bit steep to me.

I have a spare but it needs new boots (about a tenner) and the clean up has been 75% done. Needs a quick sand and paint or if you want to get it
blasted.....
Price? Dunno what do you reckon to £60?
Maybe you have some bits I need and we can swap?

I can get reconditioned mark 2 racks for £22.00
plus vat unfortunatly there is a surcharge of £30 plus vat against an old unit. Also I can get Maxi ball joints and Allegro handbrake cables for
about a tenner plus vat each if anyone is interested, These prices are from my local motor factor who say availability isn't a problem.

I am £1.10 cheaper
I think that's a VERY good price as I was only able to find for £20 + £50 surcharge + VAT!!!
