10mm solid front disk
Does anyone know the part number and/or a supplier for the 240mm x 10mm thick front Sierra disks?
I have some replacement disks but they are 12.7mm thick and foul the caliper

Just had a dig through the catalogue on Brakes International and even the 1.3 Sierra is listed as running 240x13mm thick solid discs.
The Fiesta has
240x10mm discs listed but I have no idea if the offset will suit the caliper.
Are the caliper carriers you have definitely from a Sierra? Will the claw of the caliper assemble with a pair of new pads over the 1/2" discs?

Thanks for that Using your link it looks like the Escort Mk4 are a fit, 58mm offset. I assume that the PCD is the same?

Yes Escort Mk4 does have the same 4 bolt PCD as Sierra mk1 and mk2 (and Ford Ka mk1, Ford Puma mk1 share the same PCD as well). Capris as well I think
(the later models, not sure whether the earliest Capris...).

And mk1 Mondeo too!
