15% Camcoat Discount for Yahoo BEC List
I know a few of you don't bother reading the Yahoo BEC list too often because of the Yahoogroups format, so I thought Id mention this here
too.
A couple of years ago I spoke to Peter Carter who runs Camcoat, and who races with a friend of mine. I organised a BEC List discount with him for
anyone on there wanting their manifolds Camcoated. Anyway I have just spoken to him again to check if its still available, which he has confirmed, so
I thought I'd bring it back up.
He'll give anyone that mentions the Bike Engine'd List (he might not twig if you just say BEC!!) a 15% discount, which will rise to 25% if
we can give him £500 worth of business over the next 12 months, or even more if it goes up to £1000.
If any of you aren't sure what Camcoat is, its basically a high temperature coating for exhausts that insulates the exhaust and so keeps engine
bay temps lower and also helping the exhaust get the gasses out better, but it can also be applied to the outside to give a coloured or chromed type
finish so will obviously stop mild steel rusting etc.
As a rough guide, I think a single one side coating (either internal or external) of a manifold is around £80-100, although don't quote me on
that as Im not sure.
