RSS Feeds
Does anyone know if there is a RSS feed for this site?
If not, Chris, pretty please may we have RSS feeds?

I am not a programmer, so that link doesn't do much for me.

that link pretty much explains it for me! Then again I have a computer science degree and work daily with RSS feeds so maybe I should try to
explain laymanly.
RSS is just the acronym for a way for each website to provide its news/articles in a set format. Once thats done, programs can be written to look at
the RSS for multiple websites, and provide an easy way to see all the news/articles in a single program.
The feed-reader I use is, err, FeedReader and with it I can see all the latest news and info for all my favourite (if they're RSS enabled!)
websites without having to trawl the internet. Basically all the latest articles are all downloaded to FeedReader where I can read them all from the
same program. Cool hey?

so its basically a newsgroup reader for updates in content to websites that have this rss stuff enabled?

Got it in one Ned 
The good thing about it is you can have html based code in the feed, including images and links to the actual page. The BBC include a headline and the
first line of the article, as well as a link to the actual article. Most Feed-Readers will render the page within the application, so you don't
have to have IE open at all.

RSS is just the acronym
It's not an acronym unless it spells something. That's just initials, if it had "A" in front it would be an acronym  . They
didn't appeal to me before but they seem like they may be useful and there are more free ones appearing.
