Does anyone have a Kit list for a avon?
Hi, I have just got back from Harrogate and seen the avon.
Does anyone have a comprehensive kit list for a zx9r build? so I can do some number crunching.
Interested to hear of anyones experiences with putting a bike engine in this car.

You can buy my SVA'd one for £4750, flog the car engine and put a bike engine in it.
Pat...

andrew, have scanned in the list of what you get in the comp kit (its in my archive). Prob need to go through with a tooth comb and figure out what
you really need. I was (and still am) fairly green to the kit car game and thought it was easier to just take the full kit. I have since changed my
mind on engine, fitted floor mounted pedals and will probably get better seats...

I'm in the middle of putting a 'blade engine in my Avon.
Not the easiest thing to do as there are no bespoke items you can buy from Tiger to do this. So everything has to be made as a one-off such as
designing and making a cradle, adapting or having made a manifold, propshaft etc.
However, Chester Sportscars have fitted ZX9 engines in a few of their Avons so it should be well worth your while contacting them for advice.
