Got a filter, plate and jets from TTS for £124. No sure if it is the cheapest, but sounds about right. The plate didn't fit perefctly as the carb trumpets on the zx are offset to one side, so i had to elongate the holes, but its wasn't a problem.

Cheers. Do you know if there are differences between the TTS parts and the Pipercross?

I think the TTS filter IS a Pipercross filter, but with their logo sprayed on it. If you buy the lot from TTS though, they will throw in a half price RR setup I think, or they gave some kind of discount on it.

Have you thought about making your own air-box out of ally?? That's what I plan to do - something similar to Jon Ison's one.

Don't see the need to spend ££££ when I'd rather put it toward the Digidash. I got the original airbox with mine so I'm gonna use the filter from it to give the same resistance. I'm also intending to duct air in from around the rad to give it the same 'ram-air' effect as on the bike.

If it's a complete f**k up I'll just buy the TTS kit!
