She starts!!!
After 18 motnhs building, I finally started my engine! In many ways, I cheated because I used a Westfield-modified loom, but I'm still
elated.
I updated my website with a description and video. It's not quite as elegantly said as Hellfire's description
of his first start, but you get the picture. I'm like a giddy school girls on coke right now!

Great feeling Chris... makes it all worth while eh? Good to see some of the people we talk to aswell! Makes a nice change to put a face to a name -
or even an ID.
Who gives a sh!t about the production of a video as long as all of the bits on the car work... I just have insomnia! so I need something to do...
always!
Cheating - no such word - "used your initiative" that smile at the end of the video was very surpressed!!! You could tell you were very,
very happy at that moment!
Top bloke - well done!

Just spent awhile reading over your website. It's certainly interesting and easy to read!
I can't wait until I get to the fire up stage. Still I've got quite awhile to go yet... Plus I'm not being so ambitious as to start
with a scratch build...
Good luck, although it doesn't sound like you need it.

It's not ambition, but lack of real alternatives. I would rather pick up the phone and place an order with MK or ST or whomever, but that option
isn't available.
The Phoenix is my favorite. Maybe next time...
