FORD SHO V6

I know the sho was built by yamaha, but does anyone know if it bolts to a standard ford bellhousing? mated to a type9 might make for a nice front/rear package

just a thought

I've worked on both the v6 and the v8 SHO's. Physically a big engine, very finicky electrics, expensive and difficult to get parts, high maitenance, and most repairs require above average mechanical skills even for profesionals.

you see them come up for sale around here, usually for a good price, Might have to find a low miliage unit, and if it goes pull and replace.
good to know it'll bolt together.
I'd prefer to do a zetec, but the six might be a nice alternative for a 442 chassis if I stumble across one at the right price.
