Xmas Joke (very crap!)
How to upset the saviour of the galaxy at Xmas:
Luke skywalker and Darth Vader on Xmas eve, Vader turns to his son and says "Luke, I have felt your presents"
Andy
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

Still funny, though!

thats the version I know joel - best told in person with a darth vader impression.
Saw the latest movie last night. For all its technical wizardry, and plot loose end tying, i found it a bit boring. It took itself far too seriously.
If you watch 3, and the 4 (the first movie) there will be a big leap in movie appearance, and much more humour. 4 was in some parts a bit of a laff,
but 3 is just too doomy and gloomy - even subject matter aside.
He risks everything inc the universe for a woman he spends about 5 mins of the movie with.
Star wars was a light hearted movie - the newest three are more like an average east enders episode as far as doom and gloom goes.
Took them about 18 years to build the death star then - and it lasts about as long as the Bismark

Must agree Steve, it was/is boring. It kinda ties the ends up (poorly) though.
All a bit stupid as the last one to be made is the one preceeding the first one (chronologically) but the weapons and gadgetry are far superior - make
sense? I guess George Lucas was a bean counter with no idea of time...
