VIN generator and DVLA info
After speaking to the DVLA this morning they tell me that it's OK to make up your own VIN number subject to a few guidelines.
Anyway, to make life easy for me and others I've created a VIN number generator which can be found here:

It may be useful to keep the 11 and 12th digits the same as the ford donor car, as these are the year and month codes - helps when buying/matching
parts
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

Does that mean that you could make a VIN to read anything? Such as
FUNNYBAST*RD 
Or is that too childish?
