TRANSIT BALL JOINT TAPER

I HAVE TUREND MY STUB ADAPTORS UP AT WORK BUT CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE TAPER IS ON A TRANSIT BALL JOINT

I'm sure this has been asked before,Although i thought it was only the bottom ball joint needed a taper.

I know the bottom B/J taper goes from 12mm to 14mm if that helps

If its any help the track rod end taper on a sierra is, I'm told, 7degrees. I suppose it's likley/possible to be the same for the Tranny

I just checked a pilgrim build manual and they sat 7 degrees for bottom taper as well
