GTS sell them. I ordered a couple last time I put an order in with them.

If all else fails a local fastenings/hardware place will sell you a couple for a few pence if they have any.

Lolocost sell them also £1 each.

I Brought two from my local nut and bolt outlet for 76p a pair.

get a pack of cable ties with them then, or some of those mysterious M10 fine bolts for the cradle to block.
