A bargain swap - Escort 3.54 are not at all rare - and go for about £80 3.09 Capri axles are about the same - 3.09 LSD axles add at least a 1 to the
front of that figure. If only I had 3.54 to swap for one - Even makes me feel like going out an buying one to do a swap with

I'll have a 3.54 axle coming available in the next couple of months, it's in a book chassis. New bearings/seals in diff and axle, just
needs the backlash adjusting. The gears are not perfect, but perfectly serviceable. Depends how long you can wait. BTW has brackets for discs.
