Bob
For the time being, 'our' Bob has no tinternet 
He is waiting for his new ISP to connect him 
So if anyone needs to contact him, it would be best to phone or text him, failing that, U2U me and I will pass on any messages to him.....

A few more hickups so offline for a few more days,a new modem and the CORRECT software and it seems sorted.
