1) Front wings...
2) The bracket that holds the fog light - does that have a sharp edge on it??
3) Anthing sharp inside the the nosecone aperture that the tester can get his sphere onto??
Cheers

No front wheel arches?
Top of the fog light bracket might fail radius check...

Indeed...
What about the centre of the steering wheel - those bolts look sharp??
The indicator wiring just looks to be dangling inside the nosecone too. Could that be better secured?

Jeez, you're all on it tonight!!!
Steering wheel - will be swapped for SVA MAC#1 item.
Reflectors - was going to take them with me as others have done
fog lamp - can I cover it with something like edging trim????????
Wheelarches - STILL waiting for brackets from MAC#1
Nose cone & wiring - not yet attached permanently - grill is being powdercoated as we speak!!!
Trim around the seats - only have enough for one side as per kit contents? - will sort this week I'm sure...
is that all you got??? ( <--- trying to taunt!!!)
thanks to all replyers!
Steve.
edited just for you Jos - YES, my dog is still peeing up that first wheel!!!

when you see it - don't rip it apart any more than you have to - I have some feelings!!!
Height of fog lamp = +300mm from floor - is that right???
cheers All...
edited to add - I've just pushed the car outside!!!!!!!! Such a cool feeling, cos I don't have a garage to just roll it out of - It
cleared my neighbours and my side passage/gantry thing by an inch and a half either side!!!
My neighbour moved his car over so that his is hiding the kit and mine is blocking it in!!
It is all ready for MAC#1 waiting outside now! Such a great feeling that it's going over to them tomorrow!

As long as it looks like its a permanent feature edging trim should be okay.... Double sided sticky tape probably isn't going to pass
though....
The best thing would be to change the mount so it attaches to the middle of the back of the light (ie out of the way of the radius globe)... A long
screwdriver would still be able to reach it though to adjust it as necessary....

It is my Baby!!!
I mounted mine using Z shaped bracket from underneath to bring it about 300mm, so should be ok as long as I get the edges sorted!!!
In spite of being gentle - I would love to know anything you spot Rich, as I'll prob only be able to afford to go over there once in the week
before SVA to da any Prep needed, so any thoughts are GREATLY welcomed, cheers.
Steve.

maybe you've got this controlled, but by looking at the pictures, it seems to me the front brake flexi lines might contact the uprights when
steering.
isn't that an SVA no-no?

If its off to mac#1 i might see it tomorrow. Im calling in in the afternoon hopefully. Cant wait now.
Ref fog brkt - i also put mine on a plate from back of chassis. Raised it up on threaded bar. Covered the lot with some large diameter hose split down
middle and secured with cable ties. Passed SVA no problem.
