Zooooooommmm!
Been out in the Indy today. Called up to see Jambojeef at his country retreat.
Took him out for a passenger ride, but the car was running a bit rough, missing or dropping a spark. Geoff did his trick of swapping the wires to the
coils over. Completely cured it, went off for a test drive and very happy bunny. Thanks Geoff.
Just come back home and still grinning from ear to ear. Roll on tomorrows trackday.

I have an intermittent problem at the mo which sounds similar to yours, what was the problem?

Engine starts and ticks over OK, revs right up when the throttle is opened. But when on the move the engine feels like it is miss-firing and runs
rough.
I'd already changed the battery, CDI, coils, spark plugs and re-made the leads. None of which made any difference. Luckily apart from the
battery which cost me a grand total of £3 I already had spares of all of those components!
Then Geoff swapped the two leads to the coils over, and hey presto, goes like a rocket.
