MK Carbon Dash

Hi all,

Does anyone know whether the MK carbon dash can be ordered without the MK badge embossed into it?

If not, is there anywhere I can get a clean, simple carbon dash that'll pass SVA?

Not sure about the Fluke motorsport version - I heard somewhere that it's maybe not as SVA friendly as they say.

Just make a SVA friendly dash from ply wood and foam and rose petals and soft fluffy bunnies, then do the one you love after SVA,
Steve.

I thought about that (obviously, using fluffy bunnies for the covering and stapling small kittens along the bottom edge), but I'd just end up leaving it like that forever!

Maybe the MK dash doesn't look too bad, or I could have a strategicaklly placed switch panel?

I'm using a fluke one.

Looks fine for SVA.

Yeah - I've been on the Fluke site and, from what I can see of it, the edge is rolled right around, so at the very most a bit of U trim should do the job.

Good price for it too - £85 + VAT

It is rolled back 180 degrees !

More than enough to satisfy SVA.

Scary cutting it though!

I am sure you must have the last of the old type of dash design, which did not have the mk logo embossed onto it,all the new type dashes have the logo.although they may be available special order,I will enquire.
