In answer to the question - Yes!
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

For a comparison, we took the Special to Santa Pod and we managed 13.2 seconds from a standing start over the quarter mile. Our speed over the finish
was a shade under 100mph. Although this was with our old n/a Cosworth engine it was still producing in excess of 200bhp. So in answer to your
question, 11 secs is quick to 104mph and a standard quarter.

Yep, thats quick. Electric motors are great for acceleration as you get a constant torque output all the time regardless of revs. You can also make a
huge amount of power, from a relatively small motor too.
Looks like a modified Atom to me anyway.
