Lucky boy

Being me - Swapped out all the bent bits after this...

Old post

...and it's all straight and driving well. Still think my front brakes are grabbing (as well as my foot being too big and my driving skills not being up to the car) - Any wisdom on good pads for light kits?...

Pads

Green Stuff brake pads are fantastic, not much dust and they work from cold right away.

Good Luck.

I had the oposite experience with green stuff pads in my capri.

they took a lot of work to get them up to temp, and then they were fantastic, but all the time they were cold they were rubbish.

i had to use them almost constantly to keep them up to temp

Same experience with Greenstuff pads - quite scary when cold. I now use Wilwood 'smart' pads which are much better although they create more dust.

Cheers,
Raz

Hawk Blacks work really well on my Fury. Just make sure you bed them in according to the instructions.
