Cooling system on a 2.0 zetec without heaters?

just trying to work out where the pipes go on the thermostat housing, got the obvious ones but need some final help, does anyone have a diagram or any good pictures of there set up?

any help would be apretiated

Looks a little different to mine. Mine doesn't have that hose coming off the top of the main outlet.

Under the main outlet there is another small pipe that needs to go to the bottom hose. Its a thermostat bypass for when the engine is cold and helps towards a quick warm up.

The other outlet at the back goes to the heater.. if you have one, otherwise block it off.

what goes to the bottem of the overflow tank?

I used this to plumb in a Black Top. No problems so far...

Tee it into the one from under the main outlet that connects to the bottom hose .

I followed the Toyne diagram - but instead of runing two pipes forward to the bottom ali pipe, because not using a heater, I've T peiced the heater and bottom thermostat outlet together so there's some flow where the heater would be.

Not tried it yet though!
