Astonishing mechanisms

If you liked the Honda advert, then you might like some of these... the aim is to have a pointless chain of events that lead up to the display of a Japanese phrase...

If you want to find gazillions more, just search for "Rube Goldberg" - that's the technical name for them, named after the cartoonist who invented them dontyaknow

Or search for Heath Robinson the English guy, who 'invented' them a few years before him
