Why arent the police arresting them?
No numberplates back and front
No Tax Disc
No Wipers
Is it actually legally on the road, and if not, they should be arrested and the car impounded.
Something it not right there.
I wouldnt be allowed to get away with it.
1. The point of a journey is not to arrive.
2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
