You can use sidescreen hinges, but that means you still need some way of fixing the wind deflectors so they stay at an angle to the side of the
screen.
I would have thought that alternatives are:
making a fixed bracket, something like a piece of angle, but not at right angles if that makes senses, or use these hinges, which can be put on, then
tightened up at the desired

those are the type of hinges I have on my Falcons deflectors, very nice and can cope with the wind pressure easily just by tightening the hinge bolts.
Do make sure you use stainless everything.

Jim
The hinges in your pic are the type supplied by Tiger for use with their doors. The male part drops into the female part shown and would be little use
for just a wind deflector. You are better off using the Cobra type as shown above.

Mark,
Thanks for the info and the picture to show how the deflector is fixed to the screen frame.
I checked out you archive photos as well and noted you have a Tiger door as well as deflectors.
Do both the defelctor and door brackets fit the same hole on the screen pillar?
If so, could you measure distance between the hole centres ... means that if I ever get a Tiger door then I can do the same as you and swap betwwen
both and use the same hole on the frame.
cheers
Jim
