Gear surround?

Looking for a nice surround for my type 9 gearstick.

Was thinking of something round and chrome with screws through it to hold the gaiter down.

What have you nice CEC drivers used??

Made my own out of 3mm ally , ten minutes in a lathe. Sewed the gaiter on my sister in laws machine. Made the handbrake trim out of 3mm ally , cut it with a woodworking coping saw and used a belt sander to trim the edges.

Shiny chrome- think Cobra

I think they have quite a few chrome rings (for roll bars etc etc) that might suffice. It depends how big a ring you want.

Otherwise circular chrome motorbike tax disc holders are a good source of shiny circles...
