Zetec with Bike Exhaust Can

Is there any problems using a bike can with a zetec?
Would it be too noisy?
What would be the best bike exhaust to go for?

I have adapted an R1 can, not yet running yet though, so can't tell you about noise.

I think a lot of people are running the R1 can.

I tried one on my 4AGE - sounded quiet, but felt strangled.

Pulled it apart, and they work on three separate chambers with pipework heading forwards and backwards all over the place. Ended up gutting it and making a straight through muffler with a louvred core - sounds great but very fiddly because of the difficulty in joining the titanium to anything else.
