pinouts for a zx9 rectifier
will i find switched 12volts anyplace on the rectifier i am going to put a fan on it.

Could you not run a spur off the rad fan then you will only be colling it when you know the engine is already warm?

nope
its getting hot in the position its in i need it to run straight away. Its only a little PC fan.

be vcareful here = i have a feeling that the regulator/rectifier are connected to the battery permanently. they will charge the battery when engine
is running but will be live wehn engine is not running.
i suggest you tap into the swtiched ignition live.

Just had a look at the Kawaski wiring. If you are still using that then brown on the pin out from the regulator should be switched live from the
ignition (unfused).
So if you use that, put a small in-line fuse in for the fan.
