How to remove fur from parcel shelf?
Has anyone got any cunning ways to remove the nylon "fur" from a plastic parcel shelf? I need the parcel shelf intact....

Do you mean the flocking? If so I would have thought sand blasting would do the job- it's not stuck on very well....

What about a wire brush to start off with then onto sandpaper once it gets closer to the grain?

I've seen loads of parcel shelves delaminated after being left in the rain too long. I wouldn't soak it in the bath.
