Avoneer, you may have some kind of nice outlook address book virus or what have you. I'd give it a once over with a decent virus scanner and
maybe adaware too.
alternatively, could have just been someone pretending to be you. I could tell from the mail headers..

Ah right, nothing nasty on Avoneer's computer then, that was sent from an adsl account in the Netherlands. It's just spam.
If you want to report it the abuse email address for the ISP concerned is abuse@euronet.nl, send them the mail with full headers (although
they've probably already shut it down)

i get about 10 of those bloody things everyday, and they are 100k in size so fill me hotmail inbox really quickly.
if i catch one of these morons that sends viruses in emails ill cut his mangey little fingers off!!!
