Not sure how important what height the bottom of the header tank is ? I thought what matters is that it is high enough to have some air space above the highest point in the cooling system .

Its cuz I is blond , innit

I have one, from volvo 440 - box shape.
measured to be 180 x 130 x 115 mm

now I have blue numbers on my hand

115 is height includng the cap and bottom mouunt - pipe(s) come out the side.

& no, you can't have it

possibly 850 may suit but not sure.
