There is nothing wrong with it but I would give it a steer if you are over 6' and want to use it. If you are over 6' and want to sell it (or indeed under 6' then come and get it. You might get £30 for it if you can be bothered.

Be quick or it is off to the tip.

The one in the link looks very much like the rower I had before I invested in a Concept 2. Though obviously made to a lower budget (£300 new) it still put up with the abuse I gave it and I'm 6'2" and quite fit.

It is a decent machine, I found it was running out of travel if I really lean back. Probably poor technique but it worked my stomach more that way.

Before I gave in and let McDonalds work my stomach instead that is.
