It's because that option is not installed if you select UK keyboard. You should have chosen US instead, as they have some sunny states. I'm afraid you'll have to reformat the planet and recreate from scratch and select a different country.

I think the problem is the new release of that season is not compatable with the england OS

it seems to be working quite well on the scotland OS at the moment
